What is Inflammation
When toxins assault your system or when injury or infection strikes your body responds with a
complex biological process commonly referred to as inflammation. If this inflammation goes unchecked,
it can lead to a wide variety of disorders, from stroke to arthritis to heart disease.
Sometimes it kills... it strikes when and where you don't even know. Scientists and researchers say its the "silent killer".
Researchers in the medical field now say it is the root to all diseases including cancer, Alzheimers disease, cardiovascular
disease, diabetes and more. These types of diseases are the result of "silent inflammation" because generally they strike
without you knowing it. Inflammation is obvious when you have Arthritis because you feel pain.
Silent inflammation has symptoms that most people think are just from stress or they give some excuse why they feel the way
they do. Some of the symptoms include:
- Constant Fatigue
- Lack of energy upon arising
- Being over weight
- Using prescription drugs esp. statins, blood pressure meds
- Craving particular foods such as carbohydrates
- Brittle nails
If you can relate to at least 3 of these then your body is under attack by the silent killer - inflammation.
It is creating havoc in your body and is destroying cells and damaging your body relentlessly. If you are
wondering how this is happening, think about your surroundings - the air you breathe, prescription drugs,
the water we drink, chemicals in our homes and even our food is infested with pesticides. These are called
Toxins. Our bodies have a build up of toxins which need to be eliminated or the results are inflammation
which cause cancer - heart disease - diabetes and almost any disease known to man.
